Rooted in Kannada folklore, the play weaves myth and domestic reality into a story of love, deception and judgement. When Rani is brought before the village council on charges of infidelity, it is the Panch who hold her fate. Performed the role of Panch, a council elder who holds the authority of collective judgement, sitting in deliberation over a woman whose truth the system is not built to hear.

What begins as a chance encounter slowly unravels into confession, buried grief and uncomfortable honesty. Performed the role of Shashi, a middle class man whose carefully constructed life begins to fracture under the weight of the night's reckoning.
